How does Pax work?
Place your building’s custom Pax QR code at the car park entrance. Visitors scan it with their phone, enter their details and they’re checked in. You can then see their visit on your live dashboard.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. That’s one of the best parts. Visitors use their phone’s camera to scan the QR code — there’s no app to install and no account to create.
What can visitors register?
Pax is designed for visitor parking, but it can also record tradies, contractors, deliveries, move-ins and move-outs, inspections and other building arrivals.
Can I manage more than one building?
Absolutely. Pax supports multiple buildings from a single login, while keeping each site’s visitor records and history separate.
How much does Pax cost?
Pax is $200 + GST per site, per year, with unlimited visitor registrations, a live overdue board, searchable visit history and a custom QR entrance poster. There are no per-visitor charges and no lock-in contract.
